Yard Greeting Pricing

What’s Included

Each yard greeting includes delivery, setup, personalized phrase, standard graphics and accents, overnight display, and pickup after your rental period.

Payment Information

Payment is required to reserve and hold your event date. A Grassy Greeting will email an invoice through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

Personal checks may also be accepted if received before your delivery date.

Installation & Pickup

Yard greetings are typically installed after 8:00 PM the evening before your event and picked up after 8:00 PM the night of your event.

Exact timing may vary based on routing, availability, weather, and schedule.

Rental Policies

• Please do not move, remove, or rearrange display pieces.
• Please do not allow children or adults to climb, sit, lean, or play on the display.
• Please do not attach balloons or other items to the signs.
• Please keep pets, lawn equipment, and string trimmers away from the display.
• If you have lawn service scheduled, please arrange for them to come before installation.
• You may be invoiced for missing or damaged display items.

Safety Notice

Yard greeting displays are decorative only and are not designed to support the weight of children or adults. For everyone’s safety, please keep people from playing on or around the signs.

A Grassy Greeting and its representatives are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of the display.

Weather Policy

Severe weather may prevent installation or require schedule adjustments. This may include lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, hurricanes, or any conditions that may place people or display items in harm’s way.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 50% of your booking rate as a refund or leave the full amount as credit toward a future booking date, subject to availability.

Refunds are not available for incorrect addresses, homeowner removal requests, denied gated-community access, animals preventing installation, or other circumstances outside our control.

Agreement

By placing an order or booking with A Grassy Greeting, you agree to all pricing, rental, payment, weather, and refund policies listed on this page.
